Kuskokwim Posse

Where's Sadie?

Mayor's Marathon

I ran my first marathon in three years! Awesome run! Challenging, painful, inspiring and fun.
David and the girls were there to see me cross the finish line right at 4 hours. I was so happy to be done and most happy to see my family.

Sadie latched on to the boob and the finisher's medal and did NOT let go!

Maren cheered me on with this homemade waterproof sign. It now hangs near my bed.

#38

Got to spend my 38th birthday in Hatcher Pass with my family- picnicking, playing, hiking and taking photos. What a lovely day!

We even got to stop at the iris fields!

My Big Girls

Both girls are getting so big...in such different ways.

Family Fun in Spokane

We had a great visit with our family in Spokane. We had so much to celebrate: Katie's 1st birthday, Grandma and Grandpa's 66th wedding anniversary, Father's Day, the beautiful weather and just all of us being in the same place at the same time. Maren and Ben had a ball together and Katie and Sadie tried to figure each other out. We visited Riverfront Park, the neighborhood horses and played in Grandma and Grandpa's big yard. Maren made new friends in Makayla and Aleah and Miles and Sadie held down the blanket. Thank you to our family for such a lovely time. It was so good to see you all!
