100 Stalks of Rhubarb

Phase 1: 100 stalks of rhubarb harvested today from the yard.
(This was NOT the first harvest either!)
Phase 2: 24 cups of chopped rhubarb- some for baking, some for freezing
Phase 3: Two apple-rhubarb crisps

What a face!


It's a bored day...

Maren walked out of her bedroom before 8Am this morning,
bag on head and announced, "It's a bored day for me Mom."
I guess I need to start scheduling activities for this busy bee by 7am.
Tough life.
