100 Stalks of Rhubarb
Phase 1
: 100 stalks of rhubarb harvested today from the yard.
(This was NOT the first harvest either!)
Phase 2
: 24 cups of chopped rhubarb- some for baking, some for freezing
Phase 3: Two apple-rhubarb crisps
