The kid line-up to catch dog booties.(Mushers throw dog booties at the kids- some with candy, some with little gifts, and some used with dog poop on the bottom. Maren collected 17 yesterday!) At some point during the viewing the booties go on kid hands and they turn into a pack of sled dogs.
This is the trail that runs right through our neighborhood.
The dogs are so wound up!
