We spent three nights and four days on Hesketh Island with Porter's Alaskan Adventures . We had a lovely cabin and lovely weather. We partied with the Chengs the whole time. We ate delicious food, explored the island and the water around it and played on the beach. The kids enjoyed hours of beach time to play, explore and create. We made art work out of the shells we found. We fished and dug for clams and explored the tidal pools. We watched eagles feed and play with the crows. We were chased by an oyster catcher for coming too close to her nest and we watched the otters play in the water. We roasted marshmellows in the evening and drank mojitos in the sun. It was a perfect Alaskan vacation!
